On Day 16, Hunter woke for the very first time to find the
green Super Sim hat in front of his door!
While some might have felt that this was a blatant attempt to gain the
sympathies of viewers who might have felt sorry for him after his breakdown the
previous day, Hunter apparently took it at face value and spent some time
admiring himself in front of the
bathroom mirror.
Somewhat surprisingly, not only Deb felt pleased for
him. Keira seemed to feel that his
triumph was cause for celebration, as well.
The two of them had spent some time chatting over supper the
previous evening—perhaps a detente had been achieved?
While the sims were still waiting for him to join them in
the dining room, Braylen made the decision to flirt with Aileen, who despite
an initially embarrassed reaction, ended up responding positively to his
advances! Oh, to be irresistible!
When Hunter finally took his place in the green chair, Aileen
complimented him rather coyly on his change of wardrobe.
He laughed but it was easy to see how pleased he felt to
finally find himself at the head of the table.
Hunter’s only announcement for the day was that Keira, as
Sim in Spot, was expected to spend two hours in the Library and a further two
in the park, playing chess with locals.
In order to succeed, she would have to win at least two out of three
games. In light of her Sim in Spot
responsibility, her book deliveries were temporarily in abatement.
Keira dutifully set off for the library that evening. She
played a game with Krystle, and unfortunately lost.
She started a second game with Alessandro, and perhaps
became a bit distracted, attempting to charm him.
He, however, seemed equally attracted, and
she ended up winning that game.
Late at night, she set off for the park. She was tired, and
although she spent a long time playing against her opponent, whose name she
never learned, the games repeatedly came to a draw.
Unfortunately, this was the same as a loss
given the conditions of her Sim in Spot
opportunity, so it had all been for nothing.
